Creative Use Of Materials - A Concrete Business Card
Creative design company Murmure have made a name for themselves in pushing the boundaries in graphic design. They've made a number of different iterations of their own business card using standard print techniques but with this one they decided to explore using a very different material to produce the cards. The cards have been made using cast concrete, with the main logo having an embossed appearance and the details on the backs of the card printed in white paint. The industrial look and feel of the cards is enhanced when the cards are stacked on miniature pallet style card holders, which completes the look. This totally unexpected material, having been artfully turned into a business card, shows potential clients just how creative Murmure can be.
