Handmade Embroidered Business Cards For A Typographer And Designer
Nina Gregier is an illustrator and designer, amongst her substantial portfolio she has created some amazing typographical works which were all hand embroidered onto thick black card stock. Taking this idea further she used the concept for her own personal business cards. This is clearly a time consuming task but it shows the dedication that Nina puts into her work. Some of the process has been made easier by having the holes for the embroidery pre-cut, however the sewing is still done by hand. The black card shows off the bright coloured cotton beautifully and she has used a variety of different colours. Even the backs of the cards have their own interesting appeal, showing the process of how they are sewn.
