Blind Pressed Textured Black And White Business Card For A Typographer
What better way for a typographer to display their skill than to put examples of their work on their business card? However the trick is to display a variety of types without cluttering up the design or having things appear too busy. So in this design the company name and details have been printed in bold black on white paper in one style of hand drawn typography and then a variety of different types and illustrative styles have been used to write "hello" in many different languages for the background. he background texture has been created via the blind press method where the type is pressed into the paper very deeply and without any ink. This leaves an impression behind but the lack of color means that the images are subtle and don't interfere with the main message of the card.
