Subtle Edge Painting Brings A Black And White Letterpress Business Card To Life
The design on these cards has a great hand-drawn illustrative style which would look nice enough printed in black and white on a standard card with the usual printing techniques. However, these cards have been taken to the next level by using a better, thicker card stock and a couple of excellent printing techniques. Firstly, they've been printed via the letterpress method which impresses the design into the card, giving texture and dimension to the card. Secondly, these cards have been given a gorgeous finishing touch with edge painting in a subtle pastel mint green colour - this brightens up the otherwise black and white colour scheme without drawing too much attention from the information on the card itself. Overall a really lovely result which is so much more memorable than a standard printed card of the same design.
