Modern Black Hot Foil Stamped Business Cards With Neon Green Edge Painting
These cards cleverly use hot foil stamping to achieve a black-on-black design which is still readily legible. The shiny clear foil has been stamped onto a matte black card stock which allows the font to stand out clearly via the change in texture and surface. The company details have been letterpress printed on white card stock using black ink in a more traditional approach. The two stocks have then been laminated together in a process known as duplexing to create an extra thick card which is white on the back and black on the front. This makes the cards thick enough to work well with the edge painting process. The neon green chosen for the edge painting creates an awesome pop of colour against the otherwise black and white palette.
