Black On Black Letterpress Business Card Design

It's amazing what you can do just using black only as your colour palette. This beautiful design is printed on super thick black museum mount card stock. The intricate swirl design background has been printed using black foil and the typography has been done in a matte charcoal ink. The difference in surface treatment between glossy and matte is a clever technique which makes the design stand out without even though the entire card is monochrome. The slim rectangular shape of the card adds to the sleekness of the design.
