Hand Drawn Typography On A DIY Hand Carved And Stamped Edge Painted Business Card
Pellisco is a graphic designer who specialises in illustration and typography. He created his own set of business cards entirely from scratch including the printing process. We've featured hand stamped cards before but this one is even more unusual because in this case Pellisco didn't just design the stamp - he made the entire thing by hand! Having drawn the typography for the stamp he made a lino cut and attached this to a wooden base to serve as the stamp. A complementary stamp was created for the backs of the cards which has just an image of an anchor and his contact phone number. The cards were printed on thick construction board which was hefty enough to be a good material for the final finishing touch - bright neon edge painting.
