I designed a new business card for Wanda Digital Agency. You can read the QR Code with any QR Reader App. on iPhone (or other Smart Phones etc.)

I saw a card for another QRC company that followed the same concept – details on the front, customized per-card code on the back. It looked differently of course, but the idea was the same.
