Sleek Black Edge Painted Letterpress Business Card Design

This sleek set of business cards utilises minimalist design, expert letterpress printing and a special layering technique to great effect. The logo has been printed in gold ink as the main feature on the front of the card with a blind pressed background providing texture and interest without competing strongly with the logo. The cards appear to have a striped edge paint effect - this has been created via a technique called triplexing. Three layers of cardstock have been laminated together - two outer black layers and an inner neon orange layer. The orange layer shows as a bright eye-catching stripe along the edges of every card.
