http://www.expresscards.com.au looks cheap, but don’t know if they can do some of the fancy cards like on this site.

I’m from NSW and use IBS in QLD (http://www.ibscards.com.au). They don’t do most of the ‘fancy cards’ like you mentioned, but their prices and stock are fantastic.
