Black Silver And Gold Letterpress Business Card For A Jewelry Designer

These cards were made for a jewelry designer and since she works in silver in gold her cards were also printed in silver and gold ink to reflect this. Using metallic inks on black card doesn't produce the shiny, blingy effect one gets with foil printing. Instead the result is a matte texture and is more subtle. In this case it has leant itself well to the gentle design of the logo and typography of the cards. Black was chosen as the cardstock not only because the gold and silver inks work well on it but also because it's a nice contrast to the jewelry that will be presented with the card.
