Logo/Business Name
The one thing that is truly unique to you is your company name or business logo. If you don’t
have a company consider using your own name with a strong and descriptive title.
Color
Colors excite and create mood. Choose your colors wisely, is it going to be bright and bold, or more reserved and cool. Do you want the color scheme to contrast and stand out or make them ore subtle and harmonize.
Font
Proper font can give a card style and flare, make it sophisticated, or even smart. Combining the right font in the proper location can make your business card give a good first impression.
Paper/Texture
Do you want plain white stock, thick, cotton, plastic, translucent, metal, etc… Would you like the card to be rough or smooth, coated or uncoated? Many decisions lie when selecting the cards type of paper and texture.
Shape
While the standard 3.5″ x 2″ is safe, maybe you should go with something a little smaller or maybe even larger? How about a square business card, circular, or even a ninja star business card? Don’t be limited, think outside the box on this one, the only limiting factor maybe price.
